Canon Printers has a great site called Creative Park where you can download PDF papercraft projects to print out on your printer and then assemble into all sorts of wonderful models, toys, and other fun things.
My personal favorite is the papercraft model of the structure of the sun, but there's all sorts of cool things here: a sundial... giant beetles... praying mantises... Tyranosaurus... Triceratops... airplanes, ships, & cars... moving toys... and much more. You really need to just check this out and dig around a bit. It is loads of fun.
