YouTube has a variety of relaxing and soothing ambient sounds that can help you block outside noises. There are a variety of ambient sounds to choose from. Check it out here and here.
Works really simple, just go to YouTube, search for "ambient relaxing sounds," adjust volume and relax. No need to signup for anything.
