I hope to be up, active, and motivated to keep up with All Things Cherished (as well as my other blogs).
Since we have started a new year, I think it is a great time for a new start.
A New Start
A beginning. ~~ Cassandra, age 11.
Starting a new life or new part of life. ~~ Cameron, age 14.
This new day brings
Another year,
Renewing hope,
Dispelling care.
And may we find
Before the end,
A deep content...
Another friend.

A New Start For Me
What does a new start mean for me?
My health issues are not overwhelming me, my spells are not taking over my life, my brain is not foggy or confused all day.My lack of work and lack of a "regular" job doesn't influence my self worth.
My day is full of everyday things like laundry, cleaning, phone calls, computer work, etc. I'm also a Mom to my children . . . I can interact with them, help them with homework, collaborate on what's for dinner, play games with them after chores are done. This may not seem like much to you, but when you have spells that rule the day and things happen around you that you are totally unaware of, this is a BIG bonus to making the day "normal. Right now normal is a new thing for our family.
So, trying to find a normal routine and settling into better health options is a new start for me.
